RENTAL REGISTRATION DUE FOR 2024 – 2025 PERIOD
Rental owners are required to license their rental unit/s on or before December 31, 2023. Applications received after December 31, 2023 will incur a $36/unit penalty. The licensing period will cover 2024 – 2025. Inspections must be completed no later than March 31, 2024 to avoid a $36/unit penalty. The landlord is responsible for setting up the inspection.
