Services Include

Minnesota River Valley Transit provides transportation services in the cities of Saint Peter, Le Sueur and Kasota*. People of all ages and abilities ride our buses to work, school, shopping, medical appointments and other community services and activities.

Cash fares are taken on the bus and you can also pay in advance for your rides with cash on the bus.  If you are interested in paying your fares by credit or debit card, you can now create an account on EZ-Pay.

Dial-a-Ride

Minnesota River Valley Transit (MRVT) is a Dial-a-Ride (DAR) only service within the City of Saint Peter and City of Le Sueur.  City of Saint Peter DAR service does includes the City of Kasota.

  • Scheduled Rides - Passengers should call 888-880-4696 for a same day ride or to schedule a ride! Rides can be scheduled any time that the buses are in service.

*Kasota

Effective May 1, 2023 thru October 2023, due the Highway 22 road closure between Saint Peter and Kasota, MRVT buses will only be picking up and returning to Kasota certain hours.

As usual riders must call 1-888-880-4696 to schedule their ride, or the bus will not be going to Kasota.

Pick up in Kasota   9:10 am      Leave Saint Peter to Return to Kasota  11:00 am
Pick up in Kasota 12:30 pm      Leave Saint Peter to Return to Kasota    1:45 pm
Pick up in Kasota   3:45 pm      Leave Saint Peter to Return to Kasota    5:30 pm

Saturdays
Pick up Kasota  10:30 am          Return to Kasota   12:00 pm
Pick up Kasota    2:00 pm          Return to Kasota     3:30 pm
