A general and special election was held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 for the purpose of electing the following positions:

Saint Peter Mayor at Large                                                                 2 year term

Saint Peter Councilmember Ward I (1 seat)                                       4 year term

Special Election Saint Peter Councilmember Ward 1 (1 seat)            to complete term 12/31/2021

Saint Peter Councilmember Ward II (2 seats)                                     4 year term

School District #508 Board Member (4 seats)                                    4 year term


Voters in Saint Peter will cast their ballots as follows:

Ward I             Johnson Hall, Nicollet County Fairgrounds (400 West Union Street)            

Ward II            Community Center (600 South Fifth Street)


Voters in School District #508 living outside the Saint Peter limits will cast their ballots as follows:

Nicollet County residents                    MVED Building*, 801 Davis Street, St. Peter  (*Also known as the Old District Office)

Le Sueur County residents                 Kasota City Hall,  200 North Webster St., Kasota


Polls will be open beginning at 7:00 a.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m.

Absentee ballots are available from the Nicollet County Property and Public Services Office at 501 South Minnesota Avenue through November 4, 2019 during regular business hours.  The Property and Public Services Office will also be open Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for absentee voting.
