HEARING NOTICE SUBDIVISION
REGULATIONS Notice is herby given
that the Saint Peter City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding a
comprehensive revision to Saint Peter City Code Chapter 44 regulating the
development of Subdivisions. The
Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the revision and rewriting of
the subdivision regulations. The hearing
will be held at approximately 7:00 p.m., September
13, 2010 in the Governors Room of the Saint Peter Community Center
(600 South Fifth Street). Any person
wishing to comment on the proposed revision may appear before the Council at
the time of hearing or submit written comments to the Community Development
Director (227 South Front Street, Saint Peter, MN 56082) prior to the date of hearing. A copy of the proposed revision is available
for public inspection in the City Administrator’s Office during regular

HEARING NOTICE BUSINESS
SUBSIDY REQUEST Notice is hereby
given that the Saint Peter City Council will conduct a public hearing on
Monday, September 13, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
in the Governors' Room of the Saint Peter Community Center (600 South Fifth
Street). The purpose of the hearing is
to receive public comment regarding a proposed $350,000 revolving loan to the
St. Peter Food Cooperative pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Section 116J.993
through 116J.995, inclusive, as amended.
Summaries of the Subsidy Agreement as proposed to be adopted will be on
file and available for public inspection at the office of the Community
Development Director (227 South Front Street).
All interested persons may appear at the hearing to address the City
Council regarding the proposed subsidy. AA/EOE
